Residents of Jingletown are tickled pink...(or purple?) ...over the change of ownership at Institute of Mosaic Art on the corner of Chapman and Derby. A big welcome to new owner Denise Bavier who will, hopefully, bring some much-needed good energy to the whole neighborhood.
